Statutory Compliance

Job Description : Responsibilities :-

• Ensure all required licenses and approvals are obtained on time for setting up CNG, CBG, LNG facilities, Convenience Stores, MDU, QLC, Solar and other facilities at Retail Outlets.
• Coordinate with Head Office (HO), State teams and other stakeholders to speed up the approval process.
• Obtain all necessary licenses and approvals before and after opening the facilities to the public, within the given timelines.
• Ensure there are no incidents or issues related to license and compliance requirements in the Region.
• Manage all licenses and compliance-related activities with the support of internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), State Coordinating Officers (SCOs) and State teams.
• Guide SCOs, State teams and consultants to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
• Visit and coordinate with concerned PESO offices to represent cases and speed up pending approvals.
• Regularly monitor the status of all applications, approvals and clearances.
• Ensure regular MIS (progress reports) are submitted by Program Managers.
• Ensure all statutory approvals are completed within the prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for quick decisions on statutory approval matters.
• Identify and resolve approval-related issues by coordinating with the concerned stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure timely payments to Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) engaged for obtaining statutory approvals.

Qualifications :

• Necessary : BE / B.Tech
• Desired: MBA – Marketing background.

Experience Required

• Necessary : Minimum 5 years experience in CGD company related to Business / Network Development / Channel Management.
• Desired :Exposure to Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Activities.
