Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager Statutory Audit (Banking)
Company: Reputed CA Firm
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct statutory audits of banks in compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
Review financial statements, internal controls, and ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and applicable laws.
Coordinate with audit teams, clients, and senior management for smooth execution of audit assignments.
Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement areas, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, documentation, and working papers for internal and regulatory review.
Ensure timely completion of all audit deliverables and maintain audit quality standards.
Requirements:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Prior experience in statutory audits of banks is mandatory.
Strong understanding of banking operations, RBI regulations, and accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).
