Qualification
State Trainer (1 Post):
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any field
Requirements
- Familiarity with local languages.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability
- Passionate about working for the youth from lower economic backgrounds and communities
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel
- 5+ years of relevant experience in training

- Develop and Implement Training Modules
- Design training workshops and deliver trainings
- Reporting
- Liaising with Government
