Job Description:
- Drive state-level sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead and manage software sales activities across assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve sales outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Travel within the state as required for business development activities
Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in software sales.
- Proven experience in SaaS product sales.
- Strong background in B2B sales and enterprise client handling.
- Experience in HRMS, ERP, Payroll, Billing, Accounting, CRM, or related software products is preferred.
- Experience handling regional/state-level sales operations and teams.
