Qualification - Any Graduate

Job Description:

  • Drive state-level sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage software sales activities across assigned territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve sales outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Travel within the state as required for business development activities

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in software sales.
  • Proven experience in SaaS product sales.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and enterprise client handling.
  • Experience in HRMS, ERP, Payroll, Billing, Accounting, CRM, or related software products is preferred.
  • Experience handling regional/state-level sales operations and teams.

Skill Set:

  • Strong software and SaaS sales knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Team leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
  • Data-driven decision-making and forecasting capability.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
