Job Purpose - Leading the implementation of Quality practices and requirements at construction site & service sites. Key focus area is quality risk assessment, implementation of Envision Quality guidelines, customer quality requirements and global standard requirements.
Reporting – Quality P&S Manager
Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical. Having experience in handling infrastructure projects / wind projects / solar projects
Mandatory Trainings:
GWO Certified in Work at Height / Manual Handling / First Aid / Fire Awareness
Key Deliverables/ Outcomes
• Ensuring the implementation of Envision Quality guidelines at various phase of Projects Execution/Service Execution.
• Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company Quality Systems
• Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Quality assurance at work.
• Handling customer due diligence related to Quality at Envision
• Conducts Quality audits both internal and external.
• Takes part in non-conformity investigation and carry out analysis of non-conformity statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Carries out quality audits on Sub-contractors.
• Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling quality related issues based on own knowledge
• Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel on Envision quality practices
• Taking care of Projects/Service quality documentation and sharing same within time with all the stakeholders (e.g. sales, projects, customers, subcontractors etc)
• Quality reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency.
