Position: State Manager – West Bengal
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented State Manager to drive Sound Box business growth across West Bengal.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing both Bank Sales Channel and Open Market SB acquisition, while leading a team of freelancers to achieve business targets and ensure market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Drive Bank Sales Channel business
Generate and grow Open Market SB business across assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and execute territory growth plans for West Bengal.
Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and channel stakeholders.
Ensure productivity and engagement of channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities through channel expansion and market penetration.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of minimum 20 Freelancers.
Monitor team productivity and performance against defined KPIs.
Conduct regular coaching, reviews, and field visits.
Drive motivation and retention of the freelance team.
Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain MIS & Reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer servicing.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Sound box product sales.
Proven experience in managing field sales teams and channel business.
Experience handling freelancers, DSAs, or sales executives preferred.
