Program Leadership & Oversight
- Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven health programs at the state level.
- Oversee deployment of AI technologies for disease prevention, surveillance, resource allocation, and population health management.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to program officers and AI specialists.
Technical Assistance & Capacity Building
- Offer technical support for AI tool deployment, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct training programs, workshops, and webinars for state health department staff.
- Strengthen AI literacy and capacity of health professionals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with state health officials, vendors, academic partners, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for state-level program activities.
- Advocate for AI integration in state health strategies.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track program progress and ensure milestones and timelines are met.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, performance metrics, and impact assessments.
AI Strategy & Program Improvement
- Lead strategic development and refinement of AI solutions tailored to state health needs.
- Analyze deployment data to optimize program outcomes.
- Ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI solutions.
