Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee HR initiatives in the state, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing the people agenda.
  2. Lead recruitment efforts, identifying regional hiring needs, managing costs, and coordinating approvals.
  3. Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
  4. Drive performance management and support the completion of appraisals, KRA submissions, and other related processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Experience in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  3. Ability to handle employee benefits and compensation management within pay grade policies.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills for regular employee connections and managing exits.
