Position Summary:
The role will lead and execute Servify's channel sales strategy across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, and Rajasthan, driving sustained revenue growth and expanding regional market presence. The incumbent will own strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners, while building and managing high-performing sales teams. This position emphasizes new partner acquisition, operational excellence, market intelligence, and effective execution of OEM programs to deliver long-term business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute Servify's channel sales strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Deliver ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Identify talent gaps, assess hiring requirements, and lead recruitment and onboarding for the regional sales organization.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive partner acquisition and onboarding through strategic business development initiatives.
- Lead and champion OEM warranty and trade-in programs, ensuring high adoption and execution excellence across the channel.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to implement differentiated growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with OEMs and internal cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and swiftly resolve partner or customer issues.
- Maintain a strong balance between new channel acquisition (hunting) and growth of existing accounts (farming).
- Manage regional budgets, oversee performance metrics, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and conduct regular business reviews to track performance and drive accountability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or related leadership roles.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA from a recognized institute preferred.
- Proven experience as a State Sales Head or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Strong capability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing performance metrics, including KPIs and ROI, to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership mindset.
- Industry experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or fintech, particularly related to VAS programs, is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau and AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
