Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head Sales position based in Punjab, India. The State Head Sales will oversee the implementation of sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners, and manage the sales teams within the state. The role also entails monitoring market trends, achieving sales targets, ensuring revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Collaboration with marketing teams and leadership to drive brand visibility and execute campaigns will also be a key responsibility.

  • Experience in sales planning, business development, and achieving revenue targets
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for market trend analysis and strategy planning
  • Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry and distribution processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales data tools
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
