Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as State Head - Sales, located in the candidate's selected state. The successful candidate will manage sales and distribution operations within that state, such as Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, or Gujarat. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales activities, building and fostering client relationships, managing sales teams, developing regional strategies, and driving business growth. The State Head will work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and achieve sales targets while ensuring sustainable performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in Account Management with the ability to develop and maintain key partnerships and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, sales performance, and operational data for informed decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement regional sales strategies and optimize growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers, team members, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or lifestyle products industry is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
