DigiMoney Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Head – Secured Lending to lead our sales business and drive growth across our Loan Against Property (LAP) and Housing Loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Build and manage DSA, Builder, Broker, and Connector channels.
• Drive branch expansion and market penetration.
• Coordinate with Operations for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance and ethical sourcing.
• Monitor business performance through MIS and analytics.
• Support product strategy and business expansion.

Preferred Candidate

• 15+ years of experience in NBFC/Housing Finance.
• Strong expertise in LAP and Housing Loans.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, channel management, and branch expansion.
