State Head - ROM - Affordable HL/LAP

Hiring: State Head – Pune | Maharashtra

We are looking for an experienced State Head – Pune to manage the Maharashtra DSA Channel.

Key Requirements:

* 10+ years of relevant experience in Affordable Home Loans & LAP

* MBA/PG qualification preferred

* Proven experience in managing large teams

* Strong understanding and established relationships with Corporate DSA / Channel Partners

* Strong business development and leadership capabilities

* Responsible for managing and driving business across Maharashtra

* Strong local market knowledge and execution capability

* Early joiners preferred

Candidates with a proven track record in DSA-led Affordable Housing & LAP business and strong leadership experience will be preferred.
