Description
The State Head - Fintech Inclusion will be responsible for leading initiatives to increase access to financial technology solutions for underserved populations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a passion for driving financial inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote fintech inclusion across the state.
- Collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, and technology providers to drive inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify barriers to fintech access and propose solutions.
- Lead outreach programs to educate underserved communities about fintech services.
- Monitor and report on the progress of inclusion initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem.
- Advocate for policies that support fintech inclusion at the state level.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion concepts and strategies.
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to fintech and financial services in India.
