Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title: State Head

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

State Head - Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team in the designated state, driving business growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for EIL product

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base for Loan against Property products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing initiatives, and customer service improvements.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor's degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
