Designation :- State Head - Car Loan
- Manage the Auto Loans vertical for Karnataka region with P&L Accountability for auto loans products.
- Building distribution channels/ channel partners in Karnataka with an objective to penetrate deep into the market.
- Acquire a network of influencers and ensure activation of these channels by virtue of various initiatives and activities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down, by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework
- Understand the market dynamics and technological advancements in the Banking & Finance/Fintech industry and build strategies around the same.
- Create a road map for the business, based upon the vision of the organization, encompassing value creation for stakeholders, customers, channel partners and employees
- Responsible for overall Business/Distribution Strategy function, driving key business objectives centrally. Sound understanding of the distribution business.
- Responsible for channel profitability & strategic initiatives to grow the business
- Topline/Initiatives to grow the business, Topline/Bottomline target achievement.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with business associates.
- Effective relationship management with the Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, including monitoring the performance of other staff.
