About the Role
The
State Head Two-WheelerLoan in the
Sales function is responsible for scaling the lending business across the state by developing and executing strategies to expand product offerings, customer segments, and distribution channels. The role focuses on delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-driven manner. It involves building high-performing teams, establishing robust systems and processes, and fostering a culture that supports consistent and scalable delivery. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Operations, IT, Credit, and BIU to ensure seamless execution and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the Two-Wheeler Loan business across the state to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer penetration through digital channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach.
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for course correction.
- Support the Product team in developing differentiated offerings in the Two-Wheeler Loan category to drive business growth.
- Work with the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) to identify cross-sell opportunities using data analytics.
- Demonstrate ability to build, lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Secondary Responsibilities

- Promote a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
- To improve the sourcing from the strategic alliances and direct channels.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the lending or financial services industry.
