Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Underwriting: Evaluate business proposals, financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness for SME/Business Loans.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk mitigation strategies, identify early warning signals, and manage portfolio quality to reduce NPAs.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all loan applications comply with company credit policies and external regulatory norms.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance, trends, and delinquencies in the assigned state.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise credit analysts/managers, providing training and monitoring team performance on TAT (Turnaround Time) and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with sales teams to manage loan pipelines and with legal/technical vendors for valuation.
