Context India is an independent, primary-source digital newsroom focused on delivering verified, clickbait-free news to young readers. Having generated over 500,000 views across our media platforms, we are expanding our state-by-state coverage and launching our State Bureau Lead Fellowship.
We are seeking ambitious high school and undergraduate students interested in journalism, civic media, and digital publishing to lead regional coverage for their respective states.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional News Sourcing: Track 1–2 high-impact local developments, policy shifts, campus news, or civic issues from your state each week.
- Raw Desk Submissions: Submit verified primary sources, official statements, press releases, or HD media to our central editorial desk using a standardized submission template.
- Local Team Management (Optional): Build and coordinate a small team of local student reporters/contributors within your state.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in high school, undergraduate, or diploma programs.
- Strong interest in media literacy, civic reporting, political science, or communications.
- Ability to commit 2–3 hours per week.
- Strong attention to factual accuracy and primary-source verification.
