Hiring: Startup / Product Recruiter – US Market (Hybrid | Bangalore)

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter / Talent Partner with strong exposure to Startup Hiring, Product Hiring, and Client-Facing Recruitment for North American startups.

Location & Shift

• Location: Bangalore (MG Road)
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

What We're Looking For

• Experience hiring for Series A, B, C, D, or E funded startups
• Worked directly with startup clients in the US / North American market
• Experience supporting early-stage startups (3–5 years old, typically under 50 employees)
• Strong understanding of startup funding, growth stages, and scaling challenges
• Hands-on experience hiring for IT/Product/Engineering requirements
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, and other recruiting platforms
• Experience working in a client-facing staffing/consulting environment preferred
