Role Overview : We are seeking a Startup Engagement Manager to strengthen our deep tech ecosystem by

working with startups, aggregators, and key stakeholders. The role blends technical understanding, ecosystem insight, and partnership-building, with high ownership in a lean-budget environment

Key Responsibilities

Startup Engagement: Work closely with founders to understand needs in funding, GTM, and scaling.

Ecosystem Mapping: Identify & engage with top 10–15 deep tech aggregators (accelerators, R&D labs, incubators, venture studios).

Partnerships: Build networks with corporates, academia, investors, and government agencies.

Programs & Initiatives: Design and execute workshops, events, and interventions that support startups.

Insights & Trends: Track emerging technologies and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Vision Alignment: Ensure all ecosystem partners align with Innoverse's mission of positioning Karnataka as the global deep tech hub.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 8–12 yrs in startup incubation, accelerators, venture building, or corporate innovation.

Deep Tech Understanding: Strong grasp of emerging technologies & startup dynamics.

Network: Strong connections within Bengaluru's startup and innovation ecosystem.

Skills: Excellent communication, program management, and partnership-building.

Mindset: Mission-driven, entrepreneurial, thrives in lean, impact-focused environments.
