Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound voice calls from international (US) clients
• Provide accurate information and support regarding healthcare-related queries
• Maintain call quality standards and comply with process guidelines
• Ensure proper documentation of all interactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or undergraduates with excellent English communication skills
• Freshers are welcome
• Must be willing to work in US rotational shifts with rotational offs

Mandatory Note:

• Candidates with AR Caller, non-voice, or backend experience are NOT eligible
• Only voice process experience (if experienced) is considered
