Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Standard Room Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all standard rooms within our facility. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to guest room maintenance requests. The Standard Room Engineer will also be responsible for managing inventory of parts and supplies, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service for our process owner.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of standard rooms to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on all standard room equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies for standard room maintenance
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg./Diploma in Mechanical Engg
- Strong knowledge of standard room equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
