Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Staffing Lead / Account Manager with strong expertise in IT/Technical Recruitment and Client Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Tier-1 clients or GCC companies, handling high-volume hiring demands, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery within defined timelines.
This role requires a strong balance of recruitment execution, client engagement, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 clients / GCC companies
- Understand client hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery
Recruitment Delivery (IT/Technical Hiring)
- Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment lifecycle
- Handle high-volume hiring requirements with strict turnaround times (TATs)
- Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social platforms, references, and internal databases
- Ensure quality screening, evaluation, and candidate fitment
Delivery & Team Coordination
- Manage and drive recruitment delivery against client requirements and SLAs
- Coordinate with internal recruiters or teams to ensure timely closures
- Allocate and track requirements, ensuring optimal productivity and output
- Mentor and support team members where required
Reporting & Metrics Management
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on hiring metrics
- Track key KPIs such as submission ratio, closure ratio, and TAT adherence
- Analyze data to identify gaps and improve recruitment efficiency
Escalation & Stakeholder Management
- Proactively handle and resolve client and internal escalations
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs and delivery commitments
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on progress and challenges
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
- Proven track record in Account Management and Client Handling
- Experience working with Tier-1 clients or GCC organizations
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
