ABD Talent is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support client relationships and help ensure a smooth hiring process from job order to placement.
This role serves as a bridge between clients and recruiters, helping manage communication, coordinate hiring activities, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients
• Receive and coordinate new job orders from clients
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions
• Schedule client calls, interviews, and follow-ups
• Keep clients updated throughout the hiring process
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular client engagement
• Resolve client concerns and hiring process issues promptly
• Track open positions, interview activity, and hiring progress
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, account coordination, or client support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and client-focused mindset
• Staffing or recruiting experience is a plus
