Location: AKASA Coworking, Sector 62, Noida (100% Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST)

Job Overview

This role is meant for someone who understands how staffing accounts grownot by luck, but by disciplined follow-ups, predictable delivery, and steady client trust. You will manage existing US/Canada staffing accounts while uncovering new business inside those accounts. The expectation is simple: retain clients, expand revenue, and ensure delivery is reliable enough to make repeat business the norm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business point of contact for US/Canada staffing clients, ensuring clear communication on job orders, submissions, interviews, onboarding, timesheets, and billing.
  • Strengthen relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and MSP/VMS partners to secure consistent job flow and repeat demand.
  • Study client hiring patterns and anticipate needs for volume hiring, seasonal spikes, temp-to-hire roles, and direct placements; ensure internal teams deliver accordingly.
  • Conduct structured weekly check-ins and pipeline reviews to keep demand predictable and uncover additional staffing requirements.
  • Track all client activities, requisitions, submittals, and feedback in tools such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or Zoho with clean, accurate data.
  • Examine account performancetime-to-fill, submission-to-hire, dropout trends, compliance issuesand use this to improve service and strengthen account stability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business updates, dashboards, and client review decks that reflect real numbers, not guesswork.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, compliance, payroll, and sales teams to keep SLAs intact and delivery timelines controlled.
  • Resolve client issuesrate negotiations, replacements, documentation problemswithout delay and without escalation loops.
  • Drive client-engagement activities such as intake calls, service reviews, and satisfaction checks to keep accounts active and informed.
  • Spot and pursue expansion opportunities: new job categories, additional sites, higher volumes, managed services, or full RPO models.

Ideal Candidate

  • 36 years of experience in US/Canada staffing with a direct account-facing role.
  • Strong track record in managing and expanding non-IT staffing accounts (BPO, healthcare, retail, hospitality, light industrial, F&A, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication with the maturity to handle clients independently.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM platforms and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, night-shift environment where accuracy and consistency matter.
