Job Scope Staffing Account Manager (ERP Practice)

1. Role Purpose
The Staffing Account Manager is responsible for owning, growing, and managing client accounts within the ERP ecosystem. The role focuses on driving T&M staffing revenue, building trusted client relationships, managing end-to-end requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified ERP professionals across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and related technologies.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Own and manage assigned client portfolios across India & APAC
- Build strong stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Procurement, Vendor Partners, Delivery Leads).
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and market footprint.
- Drive weekly review calls, QBRs, and performance updates with clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
B. Requirement Management
- Receive, analyse, and qualify ERP staffing requirements (SAP modules, Salesforce clouds, Microsoft D365 roles, etc.).
- Translate requirements into actionable briefs for recruitment teams.
- Prioritize urgent roles and align internal teams for fast turnaround.
- Track and communicate requirement aging, interviews, feedback, and closures.
C. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own revenue, margins, NFI, and fulfilment targets for each account.
- Drive T&M consultant deployment, contractor renewals, and rate negotiations.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of active roles, interviews, closures, and projected revenue.
- Execute pricing strategies and ensure healthy margins and commercial structures.
D. Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with recruitment managers and delivery leads to ensure timely submission of profiles.
- Ensure high-quality candidate screening, formatting, ownership checks, and submission hygiene.
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback loops, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and consultant engagement during the lifecycle.
E. Governance & Reporting
- Maintain real-time updates in CRM/ATS
- Provide weekly dashboards on roles, submissions, interviews, closures, NFI, and forecast.
- Ensure 100% compliance with candidate ownership, submission protocols, and vendor governance.
- Prepare account-wise performance reviews for leadership.
3. Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP modules, Salesforce clouds, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365).
- Ability to read and analyze ERP job descriptions and align right skills.
- Understanding of consulting models: T&M, SOW, Managed Services, BOT, HTD.
Sales & Client Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
Delivery & Operations
- Strong coordination skills between sales, recruitment, and client teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high urgency.
- Expertise in maintaining CRM/ATS hygiene and structured reporting.

5. Experience Requirements
- 38 years experience in IT Staffing (ERP preferred).
- Exposure to SAP/Salesforce/Oracle/Microsoft hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing governance.
