Role
We are looking for a Logistics Program Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role reports to Director within the Supply chain and Logistics department. Our Engineering team built the world's largest cloud security platform from the ground up, and we continue to expand our global footprint. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will bring vision and passion to enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility through a cloud-first strategy.
What You'll Do (Role Expectations)
- Manage suppliers and logistics vendors while overseeing the Proof of Value (POV) program in partnership with Sales
- Monitor global shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery across our multitenant architecture
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all orders are processed correctly through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
- Partner with Data Analysts to manage and improve monthly KPI metrics
- Resolve complex or urgent supply chain issues to maintain our status as a cloud security leader

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
- Deep understanding of supply chain, transportation, and trade regulatory compliance across APAC
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and resolve high-stakes logistical issues
- Strong professional background in hardware supply chain logistics
