Job Overview
- Analyze inspection and measurement data generated by AOI systems for high-density connectors.
- Convert machine vision and motion system outputs into actionable quality insights.
- Evaluate inspection accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability.
- Support near-zero defect escape requirements of AI data-center hardware.
- Act as the analytical authority for inspection perforance..
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Metrology Data Analysis
- Analyze optical measurement and 3D inspection data.
- Correlate vision results with motion and process parameters.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and systemic issues.
Statistical Performance & Quality Analytics
- Define KPIs: detection rate, false calls, repeatability, drift.
- Perform SPC, capability analysis, and Gage R&R.
- Validate inspection thresholds and decision limits.
Data Integrity & Traceability
- Ensure synchronization of vision inspection and motion data.
- Validate data completeness and consistency.
- Support audits, customer reviews, and qualification activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Provide data-driven feedback to vision and motion teams.
- Support recalibration, tuning, and long-term monitoring.
- Assist in yield improvement and reliability studies.
- Database and storage Industrial 4.0 compatible
Mandatory Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years experience in industrial inspection or quality analytics.
- Strong statistical and analytical background.
- Experience working with precision measurement data.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AOI, optical metrology, or electronics inspection.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, or reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data visualization tools.
