We are looking for a Digital Content Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and managing a robust content analytics framework to track performance against business goals. Drives data-led content optimization through dashboards, insights, and stakeholder reporting.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework for our digital content strategy, aligning with business objectives
- Design and implement dashboards to track and measure content performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to prepare informed content decisions and optimize content strategy
- Collaborate with the content team to develop data-driven content recommendations and improve customer engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging analytics tools and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our content analytics capabilities
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including content performance metrics and recommendations for improvement
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in a digital marketing or customer-facing context
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, GTM, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
