Job Description

Delivery:

  • Configure and Customize Application Lifecycle Solutions (ALM) like Siemens Polarion.
  • Ensure high quality deliverables within a stable and automated CI/CD process.
  • Act with the delivery mindset and culture within the agile teams.
  • Take the responsibility for all DevOps activities.
  • Infrastructure: Manage ALM infrastructure activities including cluster configuration, LDAP integration and compliant to Infineon infrastructure.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the integration efforts with other applications in the Infineon IT landscape like Enterprise Architect, Jama, Jira, Tessy, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab.
  • Operations: Minimise defects in production. Learn from defects and institutionalise the learnings.
  • Compliance: Ensure all topics of Information Security, Data Confidentiality and Compliance are considered.
  • Documentation: Ensure suitable application and system documentation, user manuals and user trainings are available.

Your Profile

  • A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field(Bachelor/Master).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and knowledge in architectural design and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ALM solutions like Siemens Polarion would be an advantage.
  • Expertise in modern web development frameworks (eg Angular, React,Node.js, ASP.NET Core), and proficiencies in programming languages like Java, C++, C#, JavaScript.
  • Strong background in working with relational databases like MSSQL.
  • Experience with building integrations based on an event driven approach, eg Siemens Polarion integration with other tools (eg, Jama, JIRA, Enterprise Architect) and version control systems (eg, Bitbucket, Gitlab).
  • Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git,SVN.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, tools, and DevOps practices, and experience in technical and systems architecting, including cloud deployment of Polarion-based solutions.
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully addressing complex technical challenges.
