Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop backend systems using Java/J2EE or Python, applying GenAI tools for development acceleration, code refactoring, documentation, and problem analysis.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions.
Use GenAI for requirement analysis, solution design validation, impact assessment, and improving application stability.
Drive quality engineering efforts and enhance issue detectability in lower environments with AI-powered analysis.
Automate repetitive/manual tasks using scripts and AI-assisted workflows.
Troubleshoot DevOps and production issues with Kubernetes, logging frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to microservices development and write maintainable test cases with AI-enhanced coverage suggestions.
Mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices and responsible use of GenAI tools.
