Job Description

We're looking for a Staff-level Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and strong experience building agentic AIsystems and orchestration frameworks. If you enjoy designing scalable, intelligent, event-driven systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and building autonomous agent systems (LLM-powered)
• Architecting agent orchestration layers for complex, multi-agent workflows
• Developing high-scale backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Building event-driven systems with Kafka for real-time processing
• Integrating AI systems with APIs, tools, and distributed data platforms
• Working with agent frameworks and workflow engines like LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n
• Owning systems end-to-end: design build scale optimize

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java + Spring Boot (production-grade systems)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven architectures
• Proven experience in agent orchestration & workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered / agentic AI systems
• Proficiency with frameworks/tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and workflow engines (e.g., n8n)
• Ability to operate with high ownership and technical leadership at Staff level
