We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in software development and engineering.

Responsibilities

Design and develop complex software solutions that meet business requirements
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
Lead technical design and architecture discussions
Mentor and coach junior engineers
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
10-20 years of experience in software development and engineering
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
