What are we looking for
- Build next-generation cloud-based product using Java technology
- Actively collaborate with internal teams to implement new and exciting product features
- Own end-to-end development of server-side components
What will you do
- Identify performance & scalability requirements and optimize for large deployments
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality deliverables to customers
- Interface with customer-facing team to understand and implement feature requirements
- Exhibit high level of ownership, high learning quotient and strong attention to detail
What skills and knowledge should you bring
- 5 to 10 years of experience in core Java development
- Proficient in Java programming and a deep level of understanding of the Java language
- Experience with deploying Java-based applications in Jetty or any popular web application server
- Sound knowledge of algorithm design and data structures
- Experience in microservices architecture using Spring is desirable
- Experience in database technologies like Elasticsearch is desirable
- Experience in development and deployment of cloud-native applications in AWS is desirable
- Strong networking fundamentals and sound TCP/IP knowledge is desirable
