Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, performant, and maintainable Python-based SDKs and frameworks.
• Produce design documents, rough estimates, and implement features based on requirements.
• Collaborate with peers on design reviews, code reviews, and testing.
• Participate in team grooming, planning, and backlog refinement activities.
• Influence technical priorities alongside team leads and managers.
• Develop unit and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and maximize coverage.
• Contribute to training and onboarding new team members.
• Provide product demos to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and escalations.
• Set up and manage environments as required for development and testing.
