Staff Software Engineer – Python (AI/GenAI Platforms | Cloud-Native)

Description:

We're building next-gen AI platforms integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and scalable backend systems. This is a Staff-level role for engineers who think in systems, not just features.

What you'll do:

• Architect and build scalable Python backend systems
• Deploy and scale AI/ML models in production
• Design microservices, APIs, and data pipelines
• Own cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Drive technical decisions across teams and client engagements

What we're looking for:

• 8+ yrs backend engineering experience (Python preferred)
• Strong microservices + distributed systems expertise
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms
• Experience deploying ML/AI systems (LLMs is a plus)
• Strong system design + architecture ownership
