Staff Software Engineer - Global Expansion

Key Deliverables:

1. Engineer and maintain customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions.
2. Ship large features and improvements with minimal guidance, collaborating with the team on larger projects.
3. Solve high-scope and complex technical problems within the team.
4. Provide mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow and overcome blockers.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Translate high-level business requirements into software design and communicate to the team.
2. Review and provide feedback on code, features, technology, and architecture.
3. Drive standards for code quality and testing across the product.
4. Work closely with business and technical leadership to strategize and improve scalability and revenue.
