Staff Software Engineer - Global Expansion

Key Deliverables:

1. Own and develop end-to-end features/modules for Global Contractors, Compliance & Work Authorization.
2. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to maintain a high standard for quality in a fast-paced environment.
3. Build features that address complex technical problems with scalable and extensible solutions.
4. Mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers, helping them grow and solve technical blockers.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Influence product specs for owned features and design the backend, integrating it with the frontend to launch.
2. Lead improvements to the product after launch, ensuring continuous development.
3. Participate in planning activities and perform code reviews.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's growth and technical autonomy.
