Job Title :-Staff Software Engineer
Location : - Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision.
- Analyse business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirement
- Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirement
- Provide accurate estimates for the development effort for new feature
- Continuously improve and improvise to find the best solutions for business
- Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the tea
- Work well with different team members whilst practicing knowledge sharing and T-shaping
- Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices with focus on test automation
- Take ownership of initiatives and assets and follow up to provide highest quality of customer services
- Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team / platform
Essential Skills
- 13+ years of full‑stack experience with .NET Core / .NET 6 / 8, REST APIs, microservices (Node.js exposure)
- Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript with React (preferred) or Angular
- Expert in C#, OOPS, and design patterns (Java knowledge a plus)
- Experience with AWS Cloud (Lambda, EC2, ECS); Azure exposure is a plus
- Hands‑on with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins/TeamCity, Octopus), MSSQL/Oracle, and test automation (Selenium)
- Exposure to Kafka, monitoring tools (Splunk/AppDynamics), DevOps & security practices, and Agile delivery
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
