Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in software development using two or more general-purpose programming languages, with a specialization in back-end programming.
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other Cloud services.
- Experience implementing AI solutions for Enterprise scale systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Garage team responsible for developing AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions in the HR domain.
- Provide technical leadership regarding immediate and long-term technical problems to leads of associated teams.
- Influence, design, and build scalable Agentic systems in the HR domain.
- Collaborate with AI Garage Leads (e.g., Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and AI strategists) and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in Agentic and AI/ML engineering.
