Management of security personnel:Manage security personnel by selecting guards, preparing rosters, monitoring attendance, controlling overtime, educating on decorum, and maintaining record.
Emergency response, Site security function and Management:Manage site safety by handling incidents, optimizing resources, controlling traffic, implementing safety norms, monitoring CCTV, and reporting findings.
Man & Material Movement:Perform routine security checks, enforce gate entry procedures, proactively manage traffic congestion, and address any stray animals or snakes on the premises.
Vigilance:Develop information sources for early issue detection, escalate critical matters promptly, and manage crowd control during emergencies.
Training and development:Ensure security guards are trained in procedures, frisking, emergency response, and firefighting.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders for effective security operations and compliance with company requirements.
