Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse based in Bengaluru. The Staff Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, educating patients and families about care plans, and adhering to medical protocols to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong patient care, monitoring, and reporting skills
- Ability to administer medications and manage treatment plans effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide patient education
- Strong understanding of medical protocols and hospital safety procedures
- Valid nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent field is required
