Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Program Manager and play a key role in driving innovation and operational excellence across our organization. As a program leader, you will coordinate cross-functional projects that support scientific advancement and customer success. In this position, you will develop and maintain integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, facilitate timely decision-making, and drive accountability to ensure successful program execution. Your organizational skills, collaborative approach, and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
