Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Yashwantrao Chavan Multispeciality Hospital, located in Junnar. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families about care plans. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring infection control practices, and addressing patient needs with empathy and promptness.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Experience in infection control, maintaining hygiene practices, and ensuring a safe medical environment
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documenting patient observations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle medical situations effectively
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, with an active nursing license
• Previous experience in a hospital or multispecialty healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Junnar and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
