Job Overview:
We are 10 year old health technology company launching a new adult vaccination service in Bangalore. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse to provide adult vaccination services. The role involves administering vaccines, maintaining proper cold chain protocols, and ensuring accurate data entry using digital tools. This is a field-oriented role with flexible working hours based on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccines to adult patients in a safe and professional manner
- Ensure strict adherence to vaccination protocols and hygiene standards
- Maintain vaccine cold chain and ensure vaccine integrity at all times
- Monitor and manage vaccine inventory and storage conditions
- Accurately record patient data, vaccination details, and reports using the company's mobile application
- Educate patients about vaccines, possible side effects, and post-vaccination care
- Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines related to immunization services
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration/license
- Prior experience in providing vaccination services is required
- Certification in vaccination/immunization (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Good understanding of vaccine handling and cold chain management
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for data entry
- Must own a good-quality smartphone and be tech-savvy
- Have own vehicle and be willing to travel and cover entire Bangalore on as needed basis.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- High attention to detail and adherence to protocols
Work Schedule:
- Flexible working hours based on demand
- Service window: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Initial workload may be low, with expected increase over time
