Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Chennai. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring and recording patient progress, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and assisting in procedures. The Staff Nurse will also play a key role in educating patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, administering medications, and handling clinical procedures
• Strong skills in monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate patient documentation
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and a degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent)
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical techniques and nursing best practices
• CPR, BLS, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage
