GENERAL WARD / ICU / CTICU / OPERATION THEATRE / LABOUR WARD

Job Description

Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements.

Qualification: – DGNM / BSC Nursing
