Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Staff Nurse role at Shri Sigma Hospital in Hyderabad. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care as per prescribed medical guidelines and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist physicians during rounds and procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards across the ward/ICU.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of patient progress.
Requirements:- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with State/Indian Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (Freshers may be considered based on internship/hands-on training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
