Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various departments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Nursing Council of India.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.
